By purchasing, downloading, or using any products or services provided by Rival, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Product Sales

All products offered are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued unless the digital product contains a significant design flaw that prevents its intended use. In such cases, an updated or corrected version may be provided at Rival’s discretion, but Rival is under no obligation to do so. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. Print and Assembly Responsibility

The quality of any printed component is entirely the customer’s responsibility. Rival provides digital files designed with care and tested for functionality, but cannot guarantee print results due to variations in printers, materials, settings, and experience.

Poor-quality prints, warping, misalignments, or improper assembly methods are not grounds for refunds, replacements, or design changes.

3. Component Sourcing

Customers are responsible for sourcing the correct hardware and components necessary to build the product. Rival does not supply physical parts unless explicitly stated.

Please ensure all components are of good quality, from reputable suppliers, and match the specifications provided. If in doubt, get in touch before purchasing. Rival cannot be held responsible for failures caused by unsuitable or faulty parts.

4. Free Products and Promotions

Products will only be given away for free if clearly stated as part of a specific promotion or marketing campaign. Otherwise, please don’t ask for freebies - this is a one-person operation and everything takes time and effort.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All Rival products, including digital files, documentation, and designs, are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or modify any Rival product for commercial or public use without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use, duplication, or distribution may result in legal action.

6. Communication

Rival is a one-person business, and while every effort is made to respond quickly, please allow up to 72 hours for a reply before sending a follow-up. A polite nudge is always appreciated, but spamming messages won't speed things up!

7. Liability

All Rival designs are provided as-is, with no guarantees or warranties beyond what is outlined above. Use is at your own risk. Rival is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or additional costs resulting from the use or misuse of any product.

8. Updates and Modifications

Rival reserves the right to update, modify, or remove products at any time. These Terms of Service may also change without prior notice, so please check back regularly.
